Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Wayflo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Wayflo Ltd, a New Zealand company.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Each email address may only be associated with one account.

3. Subscription and Payments

Wayflo offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed per driver on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You can change your plan or cancel at any time from your account billing page.

  • Free tier: 1 driver, 40 deliveries per month.
  • Paid tiers: per-driver pricing with unlimited deliveries.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • A 30-day grace period applies after subscription expiry.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' or tenants' data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with others outside your organisation.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Wayflo (customer records, delivery data, invoices, etc.). We do not claim any ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. The offline-first design ensures drivers can continue working during connectivity interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Wayflo's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data during the 30-day grace period. After the grace period, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
