  • Delivery data: customer addresses, delivery items, signatures, photos, and GPS coordinates captured during deliveries.
  • Device information: device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting.
  • Usage data: how you interact with the app to help us improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Wayflo delivery management service.
  • Send delivery confirmations and proof of delivery to your customers.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send important service updates and support communications.
  • Improve our product based on usage patterns.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring strict tenant isolation. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: database and authentication hosting.
  • Vercel: web application hosting.
  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery.
  • Google Maps: geocoding and route optimisation.
  • Cloudflare: DNS and CAPTCHA (Turnstile).

5. Your Rights

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 60 days (grace period) before being eligible for deletion. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support.
